In Class Writings
During the second half of the semester we did in class writings on ideas of what we should be doing for our project. The first one is what the writer of the bowling ethnography learned through their interview. The second one is key words I should look for in secondary research.
Things learned in interview.
1. That the mens league is really competitive and the girls isn't. This proves her other thoughts wrong about the mens leagues.
2. Another is that the bowling alley is family owned and operated and that the owner has been around bowling for so long that he doesn't feel like changing it now.
3. That mothers do go bowling and don't just sit at home being busy with the kids. The arcade is filled with children as their mothers bowl.
